1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and every order placed with Jo Fitness Apparel. By using the website or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products, pricing and availability
We aim to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, stock, and prices accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Products remain subject to availability, and we may correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. Available payment methods, shipping costs, transaction currency, conversion information, and the final payable total are shown before confirmation. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
All site content—including branding, photographs, product copy, graphics, and layout—is owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal shopping only. You must not copy or commercially exploit content, interfere with site security, introduce harmful code, scrape the service, misuse accounts, or make fraudulent purchases.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds
Our Shipping and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts with jurisdiction in Hong Kong SAR will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.
