Shipping

Available destinations, delivery estimates, courier options, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. Estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Customs, weather, courier disruption, public holidays, address problems, and other events beyond our control may cause delays.

Check your address carefully before payment. Contact us promptly if it must be corrected; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any import duties or local taxes disclosed as unpaid at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@jofitness.ph promptly with your order number, parcel label, photos, and a description. Keep the product and packaging while we investigate with the courier.

14-day return request

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from marks or odour, and in resalable condition with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

1. Email hello@jofitness.ph with your order number, item, reason, and photos where relevant.
2. Wait for return instructions and approval before sending the parcel.
3. Pack the item securely and use a trackable delivery method.
4. After inspection, we will tell you whether the refund or exchange is approved.

Exclusions and return costs

For hygiene reasons, intimate or hygiene-sensitive garments may not be returnable once opened, tried on beyond what is reasonably necessary, or used, unless defective or required by law. Personalised items and final-sale items may also be excluded where law permits.

Customers normally pay return shipping. If the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective when received, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Processing and bank posting times vary. Original delivery charges are not normally refundable unless the entire order was defective, incorrect, cancelled as permitted, or applicable law requires otherwise. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Each product page includes a Size Chart directly below its product description control. Measurements are a general guide; product fit can vary by fabric and cut. Contact us before ordering if you need fit assistance.
